Set amidst 20 acres of private land, overlooking the kiwi fruit orchard with pine forest to the rear, Orchard View cottage is close to the beaches but away from the crowds. Just 15 minutes away is the Abel Tasman National Park and the sandy beaches of Kaiteriteri and Marahau. Two bedrooms sleep 4 people in one queen size bed and 2 single bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area and a port a cot is available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. and is open plan with the living/dining area. Satellite TV is provided for you in the living area. The large sunny deck is furnished with gas BBQ, table and chairs and from here you can enjoy the stunning view and listen to the abundance of native birdsong. The property is home to small farm animals, dogs, horses, free range ducks and hens, plus the trout in the Riwaka River which forms a boundary from the road. The local town of Motueka is 15 minutes away and there you will find cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique wineries.
