This Architect owned 300 year old property has been fully restored by selected specialists. It has wonderful traditionally painted Boriti Poled ceilings, traditional Lamu decorations and arabesque plasterwork niches (Vidaka), Inset tilework,and baraza area within its traditional entrance together with beautiful roof terraces offering a panoramic sea view over the waterfront. This 380 sqm Arab traders Mansion is furnished with antiques and artifacts, and presents the ideal place to observe the rich swahili culture of this unique setting. Its architecture and layout is It offers a unique exotic experience in luxury and comfort to its privileged guests. Enjoy the terraces of the shaded courtyard garden and profit from the fruits of the Guava and Starfruit trees when in season.
