A 10-minute walk along the shore from the beach and the quaint rural village of Yelapa Casa Coco, a restored tropical house with its palm roof perched 100ft above on the side of a mountain commanding a most spectacular 250 degree panoramic view. Lulled by the sound of the waves you can enjoy on one side the unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean where, in season, whales and dolphins offer you a spectacular show. On the other, the lush tropical mountain studded with palm trees teaming with colorful birds. On your right the beautiful beach of Yelapa with its thatched roof restaurants. Below, the fishing boats bobbing in the cove fronting the beach. Set in the middle of over an acre of very private but not isolated jungle and tropical gardens, Casa Coco is a rather large house designed to keep a very open feel. At ground level a wrap around terrace leads to the large living room on one side and a fully equipped kitchen on the other. In the back are two bedroom suites with Queen size beds. One suite has its own private terrace with lounge chair. Upstairs is a huge loft divided into two bedroom areas, one with a Queen size bed, the other with two Twins.
