It is less than two minutes walk away from Westerkerk and Anne Frank House and only 10 minutes from Dam Square and the Royal Palace. Most of the city's major attractions are within walking distance. The apartment has high security locks, smoke alarm, fire-proof safe for documents and valuables, central heating and double-glazing throughout, an entrance cloakroom and spacious lounge for entertaining guests. It has comfortable sitting arrangements, a choice of sofa beds, bureau with leather executive armchair, tropical aquarium, extensive library, mini bar and wide screen satellite television, video with PAL and NTSC playback, DVD and HiFi system. There is complimentary wireless internet access. The lounge and dining area is well lit and has doors leading to its own outside patio with patio heating and barbeque. There is a king-size hammock which can be used both internally and externally. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hotplates, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and deepfreeze, twin sink unit, iron & ironing board, dinner service, glassware, electric kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, toasted sandwich maker, etc. The luxurious bathroom has a whirlpool bath with power shower, "his" & "her" wash basins, professional turbo hairdryer and storage units with mirrors. There is a separate toilet. Downstairs is the spacious fully sound-proofed Master Bedroom with king size bed, fully fitted warrobes throughout, underfloor heating system and air ventillation system. The lounge area has a choice of 2 double and 2 single sofa beds enabling the apartment to accommodate a maximium of 6 persons. Rates are 200 Euro per day all inclusive for double occupancy, plus 50 Euro per day for each additional person. A refundable deposit of 50 Euro ischarged for each set of high security keys provided. All payment is by cash only, due on arrival.
