This luxury non smoking, oceanfront condo is on the beach. All rooms feature ocean views, except the bathroom and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The master bedroom has a hotel queen size bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds, and the living room a queen size sofa sleeper. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 4. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV. The unit can be accessed by stairs or elevator. The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Daily room service is not available. This is a non-smoking unit. To confirm your accommodations, an initial deposit of $500.00 is required within 5 days after reservation. This is a reservation hold deposit and will also be used as your security deposit during the rental. Without this deposit, we will be unable to hold your reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATIONS: Rents will be refunded ONLY on cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival. All cancellations or partial cancellations are subject to a $500 cancellation fee. For your protection, a cancellation request must be in writing. Verbal cancellation requests, or requests left on voice mail will not be accepted. Your security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of check-out.
