Villa Maestral with pool are placed on the south part of the Island Ciovo ( Okrug Gornji, Mavarstica bay) which is connected by the bridge with Trogir. Apartments are situated about 5 km from city Trogir.Villa is 50m far away from the sea. Villa is consisted of 5 bedrooms ( 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds). Also have 4 bathrooms and extra toilet, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, children crib, baby cart, baby chair. House are air-conditioned (3 air-conditioning devices). Villa has balcony and terraces with a beautiful sea view. Type of accommodation:: -Detached House for 10 persons, First floor for 4 persons, ground floor for 4 persons and separate apartment ground floor for 2 persone. -Total number of beds in rooms 10 -Outdoor pool 7.4*3.4 meters, -Private parking. -Free berth for boat. (Boat length max. 5 metres) Villa are far aweay from city crowd, noise and everything alse that makes now days life pretty stressed.Nearby there is a retaurant ,shop,cafe,tennis flelds and bus station. The nearness of Trogir (5 km), which is under protection of UNESCO, offers the possibility to discover the 2800 year old centre,there are various shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, green market, fish market and various services. You can enjoy there also the night life. Some interesting trips are also available from Trogir to the waterfalls of the river Krka (60 km,near Sibenik), to Split (33 km)with Diocletian palace and to the Marian Shrine in Medugorje(100km). rafting and canyoning on Cetina rivers ,Dubrovnik (240 km) It is significant that the Split airport is 10 km away from our village. We take reservations only Saturday-Saturday , tourist tax and air-conditioned is included into the price. To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 30% in advance. Prices are available at request. Deposit (for possible damage) at arrival is 300 EUR which is returned at departure.
